Healthy recipes for active, healthy lifestyles
Welcome

Welcome to BodyMeals.com, a website dedicated to providing simple, healthy and delicious recipes for people with active healthy lifestyles.  These foods are not a gimicky diet plan, just good meals that are good for you, complete with approximate nutritional information to help you choose the right meals for your nutritional needs.

Eating healthy doesnt have to be hard! The recipes found here are designed to be low in fat and calories, while high in protein and nutrients.  All are relatively easy to make and use simple ingredients.  Whether you are a body builder, athlete or soccer mom you can find plenty of meal ideas here to make eating healthy an exciting and delicious endeavour.

BodyMeal Philosophy:  In a perfect world, we would always have plenty of fresh vegetables, meats and fruits on hand at all times, and plenty of empty hours in which to cook that perfect healthy meal.  Unfortunately this is the real world where fresh foods go bad fast and you don't have enough time in the day as it is, much less time to waste frequently shopping and spending hours in the kitchen.  Here, we try to create that perfect meal using the fresh ingredients that most have (or should have) readily available, like eggs, chicken and onions, along with frozen and pre-prepared ingredients that come together fast.
